When I click "I don't have a product key", windows installs, but when I try to activate by using "Change product key", I get an error that the product key I entered has already been used on another computer, even though this is not true. The window suggested that I click on the troubleshooter if the key has not been previously used, but there is no troubleshooter button or link.
I found the troubleshooter button, but I called my vendor instead and they suggested I use the telephone method, which worked.
