I followed this guide with the Fedora KDE Spin and it worked flawlessly. Just note that the welcome guide for KDE is different from GNOME, and the option to enable third-party repositories is instead done by checking the Flathub and other repositories within the settings of Plasma's Discover.
Don't forget: if you are installing Windows 11 23H2 or older, you can press SHIFT + F10 and run "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" to skip needing to have a Microsoft account. Make sure you do are not connected with an Ethernet cable when you restart.
