I had to log a ticket. My Gen11 mainboard is not resting flush inside due to the beige plastic at the base of the screw posts being a hair larger in diameter than the black screw posts. This prevents the clear cover from nicely clicking close and worse, the USB-C ports do not align with their module port holes.
